Jay Levine is a partner with LFL Veritas and heads the Accounting and Auditing services for the firm. He provides expert advice to clients on accounting, business and system design issues and specializes in providing advisory services to closely held businesses. He focuses on clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, advertising, wholesale and distribution.  His individually tailored "beyond the numbers" approach help clients maximize their potential and profits.

He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA) and the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA). He often speaks to accounting and professional groups on a variety of business and accounting issues. As an advocate and advisor to small privately held companies he continues to stay abreast of accounting trends that affect the smaller firm. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Jay lives in New Milford, NJ with his wife Marla and two daughters. They belong to Temple Emeth in Teaneck. He and his wife are very active in the community, volunteering with the American Cancer Society and the Children's Tumor Foundation. For recreation, he is a huge sports fan and an avid, but mediocre, golfer.

Rich Feld is the managing partner of LFL Veritas and heads the Tax Services for the firm. His experience and dedication to quality enable him to provide his clients with unparalleled service and advice arising from over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession. He is often asked to speak to professional groups and leaders of industry on various tax issues, and is highly regarded as an expert in his field.

One of his unique abilities is being able to solve problems and develop alternative solutions.  He obtains all the relevant facts and recommends a favorable solution for all parties involved.  Another unique ability, according to his clients, is his reliability.  Clients trust and value his opinion on business issues and financial matters, and know he will deliver when he says. 

He graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Accounting. He is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Florida. He has his Series 7 and 63 Security Licenses, and also has his Life and Health Insurance license in New Jersey. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA), New York Society of CPA's (NYSCPA), the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County and the Greater NJ Estate Planning Council. 
   
Rich lives in Kinnelon, NJ with his wife Pam and daughter. He enjoys reading, traveling and watching sports (mostly football!). He especially enjoys going to the Jets and Giants games with his family each week. His favorite sports teams are the NY Jets, NY Giants, NY Mets, NJ Devils and NY Knicks. He is an extremely avid sports fan.

Hal Levenson provides a variety of services for LFL Veritas including accounting, audit, tax, business consulting, and litigation support services for both individuals and businesses in a wide array of industries. He is frequently used as a resource for many leading law firms and known for his commitment towards the success of his clients. Hal leads the Princeton office where his application of business principles and entrepreneurial approach are held in high regard.

One of his unique abilities is his honesty.  His clients know he will devlier the truth, no matter how difficult.  Another ability is his desire to provide his clients with the best resources.  He works diligently to find the right match for every client goal.  Another ability is his personable approach.  He will always find a way to be your advisor, accountant and friend. 

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Hal started his career in public accounting over twenty-five years ago. During those years he worked for Ernst & Young and founded Levenson and Associates, LLC. This valuable experience enables him to provide advice and counsel that instill confidence and build lifetime business relationships.

Always demonstrating a strong interest in civic and community affairs, he has been active in a number of organizations including: the Board of Directors of the Trenton Rotary Club, Pearl Buck International, Capital Health Systems Foundation, CASA and the Trenton YMCA. With CPA licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Hal is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's (PICPA), and the New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA).

Hal and his wife Carol live in Newtown, PA with their daughter.  He enjoys playing golf and basketball.  His hobbies and interests include playing bridge and chess, gardening and tropical fish. 

Karen Whitaker is a partner with LFL Veritas who has the distinction of working her way up from secretary to partner. She achieved this recognition through extensive experience helping clients reach their business and personal goals by sound application of business and accounting principles. She has been with the firm for over thirty years and has helped her clients stay ahead of the game. Her unparalleled experience has led to the continued success of businesses in many industries including manufacturing, distribution and construction.

Although Karen has broad expertise she focuses most of her attention on quarterly analysis, year-end financial statements, tax returns, estate planning and large audit support. Internally she supervises the administrative staff and is known for her organizational skills. In the field, clients frequently comment on her professional approach, patient understanding and dedication to their unique objectives.

Karen and her husband Richard have a daughter as well as three cats and a cockatiel. She enjoys reading and tending to her pets.
